My Zone

Transylvania Dining takes dietary concerns very seriously, and therefore we are thrilled to introduce a new station to our line this week. This station will be dedicated solely to students with allergy concerns, providing a completely gluten-free, peanut and tree-nut free area. My Zone will be located in the back half of the Caf, purposefully secluded in order to avoid cross contamination with other line items. Have questions regarding how MyZone works? Mindful offerings meet stringent nutritional calendar based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Each meal part is limited in calories, has fewer than 30% of calories as fat, fewer than 10 % of calories as saturated fat, and is restricted in sodium, and cholesterol. Chefs in our test kitchen develop recipes to meet these criteria in delicious fashion! Look for the Mindful icon to indulge in the healthy and delicious items offered at each meal.
